What you send us
The callback form asks for your name, telephone number and town. A repair description is optional. We do not need a street address, photographs, payment details or other sensitive information for the initial request.
How we use it
We use your request to contact you about the repair, understand the work and discuss possible next steps. Submitting is not a booking, payment or agreement to buy services. It is not permission for unrelated marketing.
Who receives it
Web3Forms processes the form and sends it to info@trademarksvcs.com. It also stores submissions and processes technical information, such as IP addresses, for service and spam prevention. Its service providers may process information for hosting, email delivery or spam checks. Read the Web3Forms privacy policy for details.
We do not sell or refer your details to an independent service provider through this form. If a separate referral is proposed, we will explain who would receive the information, why, what would be shared and any referral fee, and ask for separate permission first. You can decline a referral.
How long information is kept
Web3Forms is configured to keep its copy of each submission for 7 days.
Copies delivered to our business inbox are separate from the provider's copy. We keep information as needed to respond, discuss work and maintain appropriate business records. Contact us to ask for access, a correction or deletion; information that must be retained for applicable obligations may be excluded.
Website and contact choices
This website has no custom advertising pixels or analytics. The hosting and form providers may process ordinary access, security and anti-abuse information under their policies. We do not ask you to create an account to request help. You may contact us by phone or email instead of using the form.
We do not take payments on this website. Please do not submit card numbers, bank details, identification documents or medical information.
